A capacity crowd was on hand for the 16th Annual Grabby Erotic Gay Video Awards last night in Chicago’s Vic Theater. The gala event included the presentation of the Maleflixxx People’s Choice Award for the most popular gay adult video of the year on Video-On-Demand.

Hard As Wood, produced by Raging Stallion Studios and directed by Chris Ward and Michael Brandon took the Maleflixxx People’s Choice Award.

Warren Wickens, Director of Business Development for Maleflixxx, was on hand at last night’s ceremony and had this to say about the award, “We believe that it is the consumer who really determines the ‘best of the best’. That’s why the Maleflixxx People’s Choice Award was created: to give fans a voice in honoring the best in gay adult entertainment.”

The Maleflixxx People’s Choice Award nominees were selected through viewer response, overall production quality and the strength of each production’s erotic content. The winner was chosen by popular vote by fans on the Maleflixxx worldwide network of sites. Voting took place during a thirty-day period from April 24th through May 24th.
